ERAM Invest ("we", "us", "our") is a corporate finance advisory and investment company registered in the Republic of Kosovo. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data (Law No. 06/L-082) of the Republic of Kosovo and applicable EU data protection principles.

We collect: contact information (name, email, phone, company name); communication data (messages you send us via forms or email); project information submitted via our website forms; and technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral source).

To respond to enquiries and provide our advisory services; to review and process project submissions; to perform due diligence in connection with potential mandates; to send relevant communications (with your consent); to improve our website; and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Client and project data is retained for 7 years following the end of a mandate, in line with standard financial record-keeping requirements under Kosovo law.
