We co-invest alongside institutional partners on a deal-by-deal basis. Partners receive deal flow from our origination pipeline and commit to specific transactions after full disclosure.
Capital partners and advisory firms may refer transactions to ERAM Invest. We pay referral fees on successfully closed mandates to registered referral partners.
For large or complex transactions, we partner with other advisory firms to deliver integrated financial and legal advisory. We welcome approaches from qualified co-advisors.
Banks, DFIs, and private credit funds wishing to access ERAM's deal origination pipeline may register as preferred capital providers and receive first-look on relevant transactions.
